New data centre – new opportunities and benefits!

Our company is pleased to announce a new partnership. We recently signed a contact with the Stollen Luzern data centre. The data centre is owned by the ewl energie wasser Luzern holding which is the leading energy service provider in the Lucerne area. Who better than an electricity supplier to be the owner of a data centre, because they can provide the necessary resources and know-how to maintain such an energy-intensive project?

The centre is located in Central Switzerland in a former underground civil defense bunker in the Wartegg hill. This ensures great physical protection in complex with such rigorous measures as biometric access controls and permanent video surveillance. Data centre capacities also guarantee maximum reliability and high availability rates.

It is worth mentioning that the Stollen Luzern data centre is CO2-neutral and highly energy-efficient. It uses water from Lake Lucerne for cooling and the waste heat is redirected to heat buildings in the area.

Through this cooperation, our company aims to accommodate the needs in ultimate data safety of our customers and prospects. Combined with Swiss data protection legislation as well as our cybersecurity software products, this will allow your business to grow without fear that data privacy and compliance best practices are not being fulfilled.
